PHOTOGENIC FAMILY HOME | MILL VALLEY | CALIFORNIA

Before we embarked on the design of this family's Paris pied-a-terre, we completed the interior of their main house in Mill Valley, California. Sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay, layered with their exquisite collection of black & white photography, created a striking tension between the home's vibrant interior and inspired exterior. Clean-lined furnishings in classic shapes balance the elegance of their art, while color-blocked upholstery and wall finishes mirror the high contrast of the prints. The client’s personality and personal effects were present in each space, radiating a joyful and authentic feeling.
